The August and September circles have finished

Thank you for coming home to your body with us.

If the circles opened something you want to keep exploring, the Boudoir is where we go deeper: a small, private group with Olly, twice a month on Zoom. The doors open on Thursday 5 November.

What is the Pelvic Wisdom Circle?

There is a quiet wisdom that lives in every woman's body.

Years of stress, pressure, heartbreak and never truly slowing down can teach the body to protect itself. The breath becomes shallow. The pelvis tightens. We live more in our heads than in ourselves.

Not because something is wrong - because your nervous system has been doing its best to keep you safe.

Not by forcing your body to open, but by giving it the one thing it has been waiting for: safety.

Each circle brings gentle movement, breath, awareness and deep relaxation - a slow return to the pelvis through the body rather than the mind.

Is this you?

  • You live mostly in your head and find it hard to slow down, even when you have the time
  • You feel a little distant from your body, or from your pelvis in particular
  • You notice tension you hadn't realised you were holding - in the hips, pelvis or belly
  • You experience your thoughts more vividly than your sensations
  • You'd like a warmer, gentler relationship with your body, and more connection with sensuality and embodied feeling

If any of these feel familiar, this circle was made for you.

Meet Olly

For more than seven years I've supported women through psychoerotic counselling, yoga, bodywork and embodied practices. My work is also informed by ongoing studies in osteopathy for women's health - bringing together science and the body's natural intelligence. I don't believe the body needs fixing. I believe it needs the right conditions to remember what it already knows. That is exactly what these circles are designed to offer.
