Privacy notice

Who I am. Femininity with Olly is run by Olga Korzhak, a self-employed practitioner based in London, and I am responsible for the personal information this site and my services collect. You can write to me at welcometo@femininitywitholly.com about anything in this notice.

What I collect, and why. When you sign up to hear about a free circle: your first name and email address, so I can send you the Zoom link and a reminder for the circles, and, only if you tick the box, news about the Boudoir and my other work. When you join the Boudoir: your name and email address, and the fact that you are a member, so I can welcome you, send you the Zoom and Telegram links and run the group. Your payment is taken by Stripe, the payment service; I see your name, email address and what you paid, never your card number. Inside the Boudoir: your Telegram username when you join the private group, and anything you choose to post there. Only the teaching and the practice in each gathering are recorded, for members who miss them; the sharing circle is never recorded. When you write to me: your message and your contact details, so I can reply. On the website: the site is hosted by Lovable, whose service records basic visit information such as pages viewed.

Why I am allowed to use it. For emails about circles or the Boudoir, your consent, which you give by signing up or ticking the box and can take back at any time. For membership, the agreement between us when you join. For running the service safely and keeping records, my legitimate interest in running a small business properly.

Who else sees it. Kit, the email service that holds the sign-up list and sends my emails; Stripe, for payments; Zoom, for the gatherings; Telegram, for the members' group; and Lovable, which hosts the site and the database where sign-ups from this site are saved. Each handles your information under its own privacy terms. I do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, and I never share what you say in a gathering.

How long I keep it. Your email sign-up until you unsubscribe. Your membership details for as long as you are a member and for six years afterwards, for my records. Recordings of the teaching and practice for as long as the Boudoir runs, so that members can return to them.

Your rights. You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and leave the Telegram group whenever you wish. Write to welcometo@femininitywitholly.com.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes. If this notice changes, the new version goes on this page with its date.
